- Transparent billing: Customers will always see the final payable amount before confirming an order.
- Restaurant-approved pricing: Menu prices displayed on OBYG are provided or approved by the restaurant partners.

Restaurant Partner Policy
Restaurant partners agree to maintain accurate menus and prices, prepare confirmed orders on time, follow food safety and hygiene standards, inform customers when an item is unavailable, and treat every customer with respect.
Restaurants remain responsible for food quality, food preparation, hygiene, packaging, and compliance with applicable laws. OBYG provides the technology platform and does not prepare food.
